Refund policy

At Kwick Pick, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Replacement

We offer replacement or resolution only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is defective or not working

To request a replacement or resolution, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any damaged or incorrect product claim, customers must provide a clear uncut unboxing video recorded while opening the package.

The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package before opening
• The entire unboxing process without cuts
• The product and the issue

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process replacement or refund requests.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
• Change of mind after placing the order
• Minor colour or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
• Products used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Refund Process

If a refund is approved after review, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable method after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
